As soon as we harvest we bring olives to the mill for pressing and immediately bottle a limited supply for delivery to the US in time for holiday enjoyment and gift giving. The Olio Nuovo is a special seasonal treat. At its peak in anti-oxidents and fresh flavor, it has a slight bite of spiciness and bright green color.
